在线螯合树脂柱预富集分离ICP-AES测定生物试样中镉 被引量:6

摘要 本文报道了采用国产D412螯合树脂的在线微型螫合树脂柱预富集分离ICP-AES法测定痕量镉的技术,选择了最佳的在线预富集条件,对生物标准参考物质中的痕量镉进行了测定,结果与标准值吻合。 On-line preconcentration ICP-AES was used to determine the trace amounts of cadmium in biological samples.The column material was D412 chelating resin in 50-60mesh.The experimental conditions including the PH of sample solution,the acidity of eluant,and the flow rates of sample solution and eluant were optimized.The detection limit was 1.7ng/ml. The enrichment factor at 5 ml loading volume was 4.1,Cadmium in bovine liver (BCR CRM 185) was measured by the method and in good agreement with the certified value.
