摘要
２０例胰十二指肠切除后，采用胰管、空肠端侧加胰、空肠端端套入吻合的方法行胰肠吻合，其中胰头癌４例，壶腹癌１４例、壶腹部腺瘤１例和十二指肠癌１例；手术后并发短暂胰瘘１例，胰瘘发生率为５％，术后均痊愈出院。对本文的改良胰肠吻合法及胰瘘发生的原因和预防作了简要的讨论。
Abstract There were 20 cases of pancreaticojejunostomy reported in which 4 had carcinoma of the head of pancreas,14 ampullary cancer,1 ampullary adonoma, and 1 adenocarcinoma of the duodenum.Following pancreatoduodenectomy the pancreaticojijumostomy was perfromed with end-to-side plus end-to-end modified procedure.All patients recovered uneventfull except the transient pancreatic leakage occurred in one case with patterns of anastomosis.Causes of pancreatic fistula formation and measures for the prevention of leakage were discussed in combination with our procedures.
