古白皮松衰老机理初探──超氧化物歧化酶及脂质过氧化物与衰老的关系 被引量:12

Primary Research of Senescence Mechanism of Old Pinus bungeana──Superoxide Dismutase Activity and Lipid Peroxidation in Relation to Senescence

摘要 本文研究了不同树龄、不同生长势、不同季节的情况下,古白皮松的超氧化物歧化酶活性及脂质过氧化产物两二醛的含量与植物衰老衰弱之间的关系。结果表明,在树龄较长的A级树中SOD活性较低,MDA含量较高,B级树中SOD活性高1.4倍,MDA含量低1.5倍;弱树亦比壮树SOD活性低,相差2.4~2.8倍,MDA含量高2倍左右。冬季SOD活性和MDA含量都呈上升趋势。 The relationship between the senescence of old Pinus bungeana and superoxide dismutase activity and lipid peroxidation malondialdehyde content in different tree age, growth potential and season was studied. The results indicated that the SOD activity in older grade A tree was lower,and at the same time MDA content was higher. In grade B tree SOD activity was 1. 4-fold higher and MDA content was 1. 5-fold lower that in grade A tree. SOD activity in weak tree was also 2. 4 to 2. 8-fold lower that in strong tree. MDA content was about 2-fold higher than in strong tree. In winter,SOD activity and MDA content both showed a tendency to increase.
