摘要
用透射电镜和扫描电镜研究了莫来石陶瓷的亚结构特征和断裂过程。发现裂纹尖端成对分布着位错列。认为这种特定位错的交互作用引起了莫来石陶瓷的解理和早期断裂,并使莫来石陶瓷在常温显示低的强度。实验证实,掺加第二相显微颗粒,能有效地钉扎位错,也提高了莫来石陶瓷的常温强度。
The substructure and the fracture process of mullite ceramics were studied by TEM and SEM. Pairs of dislocation row are found at the top end of the microcrack,the interaction between them is regarded to induce cleavage and initial fracture in mullite ceramics,showing low strength at room temperature. Experhiments confirm that the addition of micro-particles of the second phase can fix the dislocations effectively,and strengthen the mullite ceramics at room temperature.
