超细莫来石粉末的成型与生坯特性 被引量:8

摘要 采用水解-沉淀法制备超细莫来石粉末(Al_2O_3/SiO_2=74/26.质量比),用各种干、湿法成型工艺制得生坯,测定了生坯密度、微观形貌、气孔分布等结构物理性状。结果表明:湿法成型坯体密度比于法高约6%~7%,且坯体结构均匀。气孔分布窄(大多数小于400A),由此导致在同样饶成条件下湿法成型坯体烧结密度大大高于干法(达18%~19%)。通过对成型技术、坯体质量的分析评价,找出了适合于超细粉末成型的较优方法──压滤成型法和有机凝胶成型法。 Ultrafine mullite monophase powder(Al_2O_3SiO_2=74/26 by mass ) was prepared by hydroly-sis-precipitation technique,using crystalline aluminium trichloride and ethyl silicate as starting materials.Compacts were obtained by several dry-and wet-forming methods,Density,morphology and pore size distri-bution of the compacts were measured by use of Archlmedes principle,scanning electron microscope and mer-cury intrusion respectively. It is shown that density of wet-formed compacts is not only higher than that of dry-formed ones by 6%~7%,but also has homogeneous microstructure with very fine pores(most pore di-ameter<400A).As a result, 95%of the theoretical density of compacts prepared by wet-forming technique was obtained,at least l8%higher than that by dry-forming technique,at the same sintering condition(1590℃,4h).According to the experimental results,the forming technique and characteristics of the compacts were evaluated. And two better forming methods for ultrafine powder were found,i.e;pressure-filtration and organic gel casting.
