摘要
采用系列加载中止试验法,对微的试验过程中试样的变形和断裂进行了研究,并提出了微剪韧性的概念,它代表剪切过程中试样的吸收能。另外.对APIX65钢埋弧焊管接头的评价试验表明,微的试验能方便地给出实际焊接接头局部力学性能及其变化规律,而且试验成本低,为焊接工艺的制定及焊接接头的断裂分析提供更充分的依据。
In the present paper,deformation and fracture of specimen during the microshear test have been investigated by using a series of interrupted loading method.A concepton microshear toughness has been proposed and it represents the absorbed energy ofsheared specimen,Moreover,it is indicated from the evaluation of an API X65 steelwelds that the microshear test may be convenientlv used to study the local mechani-cal properties and their distribution in practical welds with low expense,More informations giv-en by the microshear test are available for the compilation of welding procedure and fractureanalysis of welds.
