摘要
本文对P/MRene'95合金缓冷处理与等温变形进行了研究,探索采用缓冷处理降低合金等温变形时流变应力的可行性,煅造出φ220mm的涡轮盘试件。结果表明:缓冷处理改变了合金中γ'相的尺寸和分布,对合金流变应力具有显著的影响,可促进等温变形时动态回复和动态再结晶的发生,细化晶粒。φ220mm涡轮盘的力学性能达到了技术规范的要求。
The influence of slow cooling rate treatment on microstructure and isothermal deformation behavior ofP/M Rene' 95 alloy has been investigated and the possibility of reducing the flow stress during isothermaldeformation is discussed. A disk of φ220mm was produced. The experimental results show that the sizeand distribution of γ'phase in the P/M Rene 95'alloy can be changed by slow cooling rate treatment,which in turn,promote the dynamic recrystallization and recovery procedure during isothermal deformationof this alloy. The mechanical properties of the disk were found to meet the specification of P/M Rene'95alloy.
