硅灰石质多孔混凝土模具的研制

选用硅灰石粉为主要材料并掺加适量的胶结材料、有机添加剂、集料等制成浆料、用浇注法制备硅灰石质多孔混凝土模具．研制的模具经生产使用证明，寿命可达６００～７００次．且使用效果与传统的石膏模具基本相同。经测试，该模具的各项指标均达到或超过石膏模具．

The porous concrete,wollastonite mould containing mainly the wollastonit, cementitious material, organic additive and aggregate was made by casting mehtod mould was used in production for 600～700 times, and the servicing effect of this mould was same as the traditional gypsum mould. All performance indexes of the new mould come up to or surpass the indexes the gypsum mould.
