摘要
本文研究了利用炼铝过程产生的铝渣,辅以石灰、萤石作为炼铁用的新型脱硫剂。通过对可锻铸铁进行炉外脱硫的正文试验,得出其优化配方为:CaO51%,铝渣39%,F_210%。精炼时熔渣碱度高、流动性好,可使可锻铸铁脱硫率达到33.5~37.5%
This paper describes a study of use of aluminous slag produced during aluminium smelting with the addition of lime and fluorite as new type desulphidizer for iron smelting. Through the comparision test for exfurnace desulphurization of malleable cast iron the optimized formula is obtained:51%CaO, 39%aluminous slag,and 10% CaF. The melted slag has higher alkalinity and better fluidity during the time of refin- ing. Desulphurizing ratio of malleable cast iron can reach 33.5~37.5%.
