摘要
以鱿鱼油为原料,比较了各种盐法处理鱼油混合脂肪酸的效果,结果表明,丙酮作溶剂优于乙醇,低温铅盐法、低温钠盐法优于低温钾盐法,但低温钾盐法的DHA和EPA回收率较高.重复使用盐法处理鱼油脂肪酸,PUFA制品中DHA,EPA总量可达70%以上.鱼油混合脂肪酸或盐法制备的PUFA制品经尿素包合法处理,均可使PUFA制品中DHA,EPA总量达70%以上,盐法与尿素包合法结合使用,可提高PUFA制品中DHA,EPA总量(>75%),并且可相对提高PUFA制品中DHA含量.
In this paper,the effects of several methods of salt crytallization to treat mixedfatty acids of squid oil are compared.The results showed that acetone as solvent was betterthan alcohol,and Pb crytallization or Na crytallization was better than K crytallization,butthe recoveries of DHA and EPA by K crytallization were higher. The total contents of DHAand EPA in PUFA product was over 70% when fatty acids of fish oil were treated twice bysalt crytallization. The total contents of DHA and EPA in PUFA products by urea inclusion-complex to mixed fatty acids or to PUFA using salt crytallization was all over 70%,but thecontent increased(>75%)when the two methods were used in combination.
