摘要 选择条件合适的病员一人,采用CT技术获取其颅面骨(包括下颌骨)各层解剖轮廓图,然后选择节点,划分单元,在图形数字化仪上测量节点座标,对其编号后输入计算机,根据NASTRAN程序单元卡的填法连接各节点建立颅面骨的三维有限元模型。采用该模型,可以计算各种矫治力在颅面复合体产生的生物力学效果。 Abstract The young man who was sample of the model growth in period of peak with class Ⅱ of malocclusion by Angle classification.Transverse sections of skull,including the mandible,were scanning by means of CT.The anatomical outline was traced accurately on acetate peper. The two-dimensional drawing were divided into a finite number of element.The nodal coordinates were then digitized by a digitizer and the two-dimensional images of the transvere sections stacked so as to produce a three-dimensional model of skull in a direction perpendicular to the FH plane.The model is used to investigate the biomechanical effects within the craniofacial skeleton by orthopedic forces.
