摘要
根据稀磷酸介质中,亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化孔雀石绿的反应,对用孔雀石绿选择性电极催化电位法测定痕量亚硝酸根进行了研究。实验表明该方法灵敏度高,选择性好,由于室温下进行操作尤为方便。测定线性范围为0-6μgNO2-/50ml。方法检出限为1.9×-9g/mlNO2-。应用该方法测定几种环境水样中亚硝酸根含量,结果满意。本法测得值与标准法测得值对照基本一致。变异系数RSD<4.3%。样品加标平均回收率为99.7%。
new catalytically potentiometric method for the determination of trace nitrite in water was developed, based on the ability of nitrite to catalyze the redox reaction of malachite green with potassium bromate in a phosphoric acid (H3PO4)solution.A malachite green ion selective electrode was used to indicate the change in the concentration of malachite green that determined the reaction rate which was in turn proportional to the concentration of nitrite.This method showed a high sensitivity and selectivity,and had a linear relation in the range of 0- 6μg/50 ml of and a detection limit of 1.9 ×10-9g/ml of.It can be operated conveniently at an ambient temperature.This method has been used to determine trace nitrite in environmental water samples with satisfactory results, relative standard deviation(RSD)of less than 4.3%,and average recovery of 99.7 %.
