摘要
结扎左冠状动脉前降支中点或最大斜角支根部,造成麻醉犬急性心肌梗塞模型,监测心肌力学、心功能、心外膜电图、肌酸磷酸激酶,心梗面积等16项指标。证实黄芪总皂甙能明显改善心梗犬的心肌收缩性能,缩小心肌梗塞面积,减轻心肌损伤。其对心肌保护机制可能是通过抑制Na-K-ATP酶实现的。
he acute myocardial infarction models were reproduced in anesthetized dogsby ligating the midportion of the left anterior descending coronary artery, or theproximal portion of its major diagonal branch.16 indexes including the myocardialmechanical, cardiac function,epicardial electrocardiogram,creatine phosphokinase,myocardial infarction scope,et al were monitored.Results indicated that Astragalussaponins were able to improve the myocardial contractility significantly,attenuatethe myocardial in farction scope and reduce the myocardial damage on acute myocar-dial infarctlon. Its mechanism of myocardium protection might be realised by theinhibition of Na-K-ATPase activity.
