摘要
对26例代偿期慢性高原心脏病(HACO)Ⅰ级心功能患者的血浆肾素活性(PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)和醛固酮(ALD)含量进行了测定,发现PRA、ATⅡ含量明显增高(P<0.05),并与PaO_2呈显著负相关(r=-0.5206,P<0.01),结果表明HACC患者肾素系统(RAS)活性明显增强,并可能在HACC的发生发展中起重要作用。
Plasma renin activity, angiotensin and aldosteron were determined in 26 patients with high altitude chronic cardiopathy(HACC) with radioimmunoassay and compared with 40 health subjects。 All of them have been in Lhasa for a long time, a place with an altitude of 3 658m, The results showed that plasma renin activity and angiotensin increased significantly(P<0. 05)in patients with HACC and were higher than that in the control, and had significantly negative correlation with PaO2(r=一0. 5206,P <0. 01). It is suggested that the increase plays a role in the development of pulmonary hypertension, the damage of right heart and hypertrophy of heart in patients with HACC。
