油田化学剂现状及展望

THE STATUS AND PROSPECTS OF OILFIELD CHEMICALS

70年代我国制定了油田化学品(OFC_s)的研究和开发计划,现在已有许多研究所及部分大学参与了OFC_s的研究和开发工作,同时,有上百个化工厂从事这类化学品的生产,总能力为102×10~4t,其中有22×10~4t为精细化学品。但目前在产品质量和生产工艺方面与先进国家相比仍然存在一定的距离。本文除详细叙述了国内应用的OFC_s类型和数量外,还分析了国内和国际OFC_s的市场。最后提出了关于发展我国OFC_s的建议。

The R&D program of oilfield chemicals (OFCs) was established in the 70's in China. At present iMany institutes and several universities are taking part in the OFCs R&D projects, meanwhile more than 100 chemical plants are engaged in manufacturing those chemicals with the total capacity of 1. 02 million tons among them 220 thousand tons are specialty chemicals. But now there is still a certain distance between domestic and advanced countries in terms of product quality and manufacturing process. In addition to a detailed illustration of the types and quantity of OFCs which are applied in China , the market of domestic and international OFCs is also analysed in this paper. Finally, Some suggestions about the further deyelopment of China's OFCs is provided.
