冠心病患者体外血栓和血小板聚集功能测定的初步探讨

Preliminary Discussion of Determination of Platelet Agglutination Function and External Thrombosis in the Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

对７１例健康人与８３例冠心病患者体外血栓、血小板聚集功能测定比较，结果证明冠心病患者的体外血栓和血小板聚集明显高于健康人（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

The determination results of the platelet agglutination (by nephelometry)and the length,wet-weight,Qindex of external thrombosis in 71 normal individuals and 83 patients with coronary heart disease are present-ed. The results of statistics analysis reveal that the platelet agglutination activity and the three indications ofexternal thrombosis are obviously increased in the patients with coronary heart disease(P<0. 01).
