乙二胺四乙酸根面处理的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文评价了螯合剂乙二胺四乙酸对牙周病病变根面的处理效果。12只晚期牙周病患牙为研究对象。经根面平整后纵向剖开分为近远中2片。6只牙用饱和枸橼酸处理,另6只牙用EDTA处理。每牙的对照标本用生理盐水处理。所有患牙作扫描电镜检查。结果表明,EDTA与枸橼酸一样具有良好的清除污染层、扩大牙本质小管开口、暴露基质胶原作用。作者认为,EDTA较枸橼酸更安全可靠,有临床应用价值。
