摘要
采用体外竞争放射分析法,测定了小鼠淋巴细胞内和血浆中的cAMP和cGMP含量及其比值,观察了四逆汤对正常小鼠及用免疫抑制剂CY处置小鼠的环核昔酸代谢的影响,结果发现:四逆汤能增加正常小鼠血浆中cAMP含量及淋巴细胞内cAMP/cGMP之比值,提示它具有参与机体免疫调控的负反馈作用.结果还发现四逆汤能降低免疫功能低下小鼠淋巴细胞内和血浆中cAMP含量并增加cGMP含量至正常对照水平,从而降低cAMP/cGMP的比值至正常对照水平.提示四逆汤具有纠正机体免疫功能低下时环核苷酸系统代谢失调的作用。
he levels of cAMP and cGMP of lymphocytes and plasma have been measured in micewith competitive radioassay and detected the value of ratio. We observed effection of Sini Decoction on cvclic necleotide metabolism in normal mice and mice with treated immuno一suppressive drugs.The results showed that Sini Decoction increased the levels of cAMP of plasma add the value of ratio ofcAMP / cGMP of lymphocytes in the normal mice. It suggests a role of nega-tive feedback inhibition in immuno regulation of norinal bodies.The resuIts showed that Sini Decoction obviouslv decreased the levels of cAMP while in-cresed the levels of cGMP and decreased the value of ratio of cAMP / cGMP to the normal levels of control group in the hypo一immmunity mice. It suggests that Sini Decoction has an important role of correction imbalance in the cyclic nucleotide metabolism.
