摘要
本文研究了新显色剂对溴偶氮羧-m与锶的β类型显色反应,考查了介质的酸度、温度、试剂用量等对β型配合物形成的影响。在pH3.20~3.50时。显色剂与锶在室温下形成稳定的β型配合物。表现摩尔吸光系数ε_(710)=1.60×10 ̄5L·moL ̄(-1)cm ̄(-1),锶量在0~14μg/25mL范围内服从比耳定律,配合物组成Sr:R为1:2。
aβ-type colour reaction between strontium and p-Bromocar-boxyazo-m (R) is proposed.The influences of acid media and temperature on the complex formation reaction were examined.The β-type complex is formed at room temparture. and PH 3.2 3.5 at 710nm.Beer'sLawis obeyed for strontium in the range of 0-14μg/25mL。The raatio Sr and R in the complex is 1:2.
