摘要
利用挤压铸造技术制备了Al2O3/Al-Si合金复合材料,分析和研究了复合材料的组织、界面和断口形貌.分析结果表明,复合材料的组织细小,纤维分布均匀,氧化铝纤维可作为硅相非自发形核衬底;氧化铝纤维与铝合金基体之间的界面对材料性能影响很大.复合材料断口形貌的观察结果也表明材料的凝固组织和界面是影响材料性能的重要因素,而这些因素受制备工艺的控制.改善制备工艺应从控制界面反应和细化组织着手.
Manufacture Al2O3 /Al-Si alloy composites with squeeze casing techniques and analyse the structure,interface and fracture morphology of the composites.The results indicate that the structure of the composites is fine and the distribution of alumina fibers is uniform; the fibers can serve. as the lining for heterogenous nucleation of silicon phase;and the interface between the fibers and aluminium alloy matrix has greet effect on mechanical properties of the composites.The observation results of the fracture morphology also show that the solidifying structure and the interface are important factors which affect the properties of the composites and these factors are controlled by manufacturing techniques. Improving manufactuing techniques should be started with controlling interface reaction and fining the structure of the composites.
