摘要
本文介绍了１种应用气相色谱测定挥发性脂肪酸（ＶＦＡ）的方法。该方法试样预处理简便、快速，适用于多种样品的分析。所采用的色谱柱（ＦＦＡＰ）对Ｃ＿２—Ｃ＿５脂肪酸分离效果好，峰形对称，保留时间短。回收率可达９８．６２％～１０４．４５％，变异系数为３．５９％～１６．８１％。
A method of determining volatile fatty acid by chrotnatography was introduced in thepaper,witch is simple and quick to pretreat samples and is suitable for analysing many kinds of sam-plel. The chromatographic column used had good effect on separating C_2～C_5 fatty acid,the peakform was symmetric, the retention time was short, the recovery rate many be 98.62%～104.45%,the variation coefficient was 3.59～160.81%.
