摘要
介绍了裙带菜水池常温育苗的全套技术特别是核心技术,即高温条件下黑暗处理配子体,利用对虾育苗池的大水体减小水温波动,幼苗发生后,大大增强光照(7000Lx以上)。结果:1991年,裙带菜幼苗最大附着密度1cm育苗器300株以上,一般100株以上。
This paper introduced a complete set of technique for growing seedlings of Undaria pinnatifida in the pond at the normal atmospheric temperature, especially the key technique, i. e. to handle thegametophyte in the dark under the high temperature,to utilize the big water body in the pond for seedrearing of prawns to weaken the fluctuation of the water temperature and to strengthen greatly theillumination (above 7000Lx)after occurence of the seedlings. The result showed that in 1991 the maximum adhering density of the seedling of Undaria pinnatifida was above 300 stems on 1 cm of the growing-seedling utensil,generally above 100 stems.
