摘要
本文采用反应气氛布里奇曼法生长了KCl:Sr ̄(2+)晶体。给出了晶体的体吸收系数与KCl:Sr ̄(2+)离子浓度间关系的数据,并测量了KCl:Sr ̄(2+)晶体的屈服强度。
Growth of KCl:Sr ̄(2+) crystal by RAP-Bridgman method is reported in this paper. The data on the relation between Sr ̄(2+) concentration and absorption coefficient of KCl :Sr ̄(2+)crystals are shown. The yield strengths of KCl :Sr ̄(2+)crystals and pure KCl crystal have been measured.
