汽油机油在使用过程中老化降解规律的红外光谱研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文将L-EQE10W/30汽油机油行车试验的在用汽油机油用硅胶-离子交换色谱法分离成酸性分、碱性分和中性分,采用傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱仪,用涂片红外光谱法分析研究了各组分中官能团的变化规律,可使组成复杂的在用油研究变得简单、清晰;本文还用峰面积比值法和差示光谱法考察了老化产物的生成和添加剂的降解趋势,探索了发动机油在作用过程中的衰变规律。 The QE 10W/30 gasoline-fuled engine oil in-use samples from road test are separated into acidic, basic and neutral fractions by a silica gel-ion exchange chromatographic method. By FTIR spectrometry, the change pattern of functional groups in each fraction is studied. The research on oil in-use which composition is rather complex become simple and distinct. By peak area ratio method and differential spectra method of IR spectroscopy, the trends of the formation of ageing products and the degradation of additives are investigated. The approach of ageing and degrada tion of engine oil in use is studied.
