摘要
荧光素和硝酸根在浓硫酸(90%)中反应生成二硝基染料,荧光素发生荧光,而产物则没有荧光,通过测定最终反应溶液荧光的降低程度,就能测定硝酸根含量。本方法灵敏度高,可应用于环境大气中NOx的测定,结果满意。
luorescein is known to react with nitrate in the concentrated sulfuric acid (90% )to produce a di-nitrated dye. Since fluorescein fluoresces,and the reaction product does not,This method was used to determine trace NOx in ambient air samples with satisfactory results.
