摘要
用电导仪测定了10个毛白杨无性系1年生休眠苗经不同低温处理后的电解质渗出率,用原子吸收分光光度计测定外渗K+浓度予以验证,并结合观察低温处理过的插穗在田间的展叶、生根和成活情况,评价了10个毛白杨无性系的相对抗寒能力,确定了其适生范围.
The electrolysis permeating rate of 10 clones of Populus tomentosa of one year stocks treated at different degree of cold temperature were measured by means of conductivity gauge.And electrolysis permeability of concentration of K ion were verified by means of atomic absorption spectrum instrument.The cold treated testing sample were dormant cuttings.The characteristics of leaf spreading,root striking and survival rate of cold treated cuttings were investigated.Different ability of cold-resestant among these 10 clones were evaluated,and suitable region for them were determined.
