Significance of β-endorphin Activity in Acute Myocardial Infarction in Rats

摘要 以放射免疫分析法测定了急性心肌梗塞(AMI)大鼠血浆。垂体中β-内腓肽(β-EP)含量,并采用推挽灌流技术动态观察了延髓孤束核中β-EP浓度在AMI后的动态过程。结果发现,AMIh时血浆、垂体β-EP含量明显高于对照组(血浆3248.9±889:1390.5±482pg/ml;垂体107±67.5:47.4±43.8ng/mg),孤束核中β-EP含量在AMI1~1.5h时最高。提示:AMI时有β-EP激活现象,且不同部位、不同时程的β-EP激活可能有不同的病理生理意义,值得进一步探讨。 β-endorphin(β-EP) concentrations in plasma,pituitary and nucleus tractus solitarius(NTS) in rats with acute myocardial infarction (AMI)were determined by radioimmunoassay and push-pull technique. Results showed:(1).The concentrations of β-EP in AMI rats were significantly higher in plasma and pituitary than those in the control group(3248.9±899vs 1290.5 ±482pg/mg in plasma;107 ±67.5 vs 47.4 ±43.8 ng/mg in pituitary).(2).The peak concentration of ir-β-EP in push-pull fluid in NTS was at 1-1.5h after the ANI was induced.These results indicated that β-EP was activated following AMI and that different degrees of activation in various brain regions and various time periods may play different roles in the pathophysiologic mechanisms of AMI.Further investigations are warranted.
