摘要
５１例孕９～２２周的健康妇女序贯口服米非司酮和米索前列醇终止妊娠。结果：完全流产４２例（８２．４％），其中３６例（８３．７％）在１２ｈ内胎儿、胎盘完整排出，不全流产１例（２．０％），失败８例（１５．７％）。结果表明药物安全有效、副反应小，使用简便，深受欢迎。
Fifty-one women of 9 to 22 weeks pregnancy were terminated by Ru486 and misoprostol. They were given Ru186 25 mg twice daily for three days.On the fourth day 0 .2～0.4mg misoprostol was given every three hours, all orally. The rate of abortion was 84. 3% (43 cases) , the failure rate, 15 .7% (8 cases) . 86(83 . 72 %)of de complete abortion cases occured within 12 hours after taking the first tablet of misoprostol. The side effect of the treatment was mild.We have found that the combination of oral administration of Ru486 and misoprostol is a safe, effective,inexpensive and noninvasive method for induction of late first trimester and early second trimester Pregnancies. This is a preliminary study,more studies are needed.
