本文对目前国内外的研究方法进行综述。认为植物群落动态研究在方法上主要从二方面入手，一是对同一样地的长期观察，二是以时空互代，即以空间系列的方法来研究，为此形成了多种多样的技术。此外尚有一些辅助的方法。还可以通过观述、地名、文物、古迹等来了解区域植被的过去及发展利用历史。

On the basis of synthesizing a lot of researched papers of other people and our long time research,the theories and the methods as well as the practical of community dynamic were explored systematically with the form of setral papers;In this paper, the way to study community dynamic at present was summarized.There are two main methods to research dvnamic:1.long time observation in permanent quadrad;2. analysis on spatial series of plant conmmunities.Except the above methods,studies on fossil. pollen.radioactive carbon.soil profile are effect meth-ods.
