摘要
检测和分析了73例各类肾脏疾病患者和对照组人群的血脂、载脂蛋白、血清和尿液中LP(a)水平,表明各类肾小球疾病及慢性肾衰、糖尿病肾病患者具脂质代谢异常,血清高浓度Lp(a)为其另一生化特征。血清Lp(a)同血清白蛋白、尿总蛋白及尿蛋白分子大小均显著相关;尿Lp(a)排泄减少,且同血清肌酐水平相关。对肾脏病患 者Lp(a)的代谢特点进行了初步探讨,认为高Lp(a)血症不仅是肾脏病患者脂代谢的异常表现,可能同时参与了肾脏病的本身进展。

analysed the serum lipids,apolipoprotein(A1、B),serum and urinary lipoprotein (a)[Lp(a)] levels
in 1 68 control subjects and 73 patients with various nephropathies . Our results indica ted that
IgA nephropathy,mesangial proliferative glomerulunephritis, membraneous
nephropathy,chronic renal failure and diabatic nephropathy patients had abnormal lipid
metabolism,in addition,showed high serum Lp(a)level.The serum Lp(a)concentrations were
correlated with serum albumin , urinary total protein concentrations and molecular size.Urinary
Lp(a)excretion was decreased, and correlated with serum creatinine levels.We suggested that
Lp(a)played a large role in the progression o f renal diseases.
