摘要
作者首次报道了我国部分地区小菜蛾对Bt制剂的抗药性问题,华南、广州、深圳一带小菜蛾对Bt制剂的抗性比扬州小菜蛾强10~25倍,平均17倍,而泰国曼谷小菜蛾的抗性又比华南的抗性小菜蛾增强40%左右。抗性小菜蛾对H1、H3、H5、H74个常用血清型的参试菌株均较敏感;试验结果还表明,小菜蛾在Bt与化学农药之间无交互抗性。Bt与化学农药复方制剂对小菜蛾有较好的防效,已在深圳、广州等地示范推广死亡率达81.5~90.9%。
This paper reports the resistance of diamond back moth(DBM), Plutella xylostela , to Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt)in Southern China.The resistance of DBM to B t in Shenzhen,Guangzhou and some other areas of Southern China was found to be 1 0 25 times(average of 17 times)greater than that of the DBM in Yangzhou.The res istance to Bt by a Thailand strain of DBM was 46% greater than that in Southern China.The resistant DBM was subjected to four common stereotypes of Bt,viz.H1,H3 ,H5 and H7.The results of the tests also indicated that the DBM had no cross res istance against Bt and the tested chemical pesticides.Mixed formulation of Bt an d the chemical pesticides gave good control results.This technique has been appl ied in Shenzhen and Guangzhou areas,resulted in 81.5 90.9% mortality of DBM.
