摘要
本文对人体膝关节中的前交叉韧带及其纤维束在膝关节前错运动中的约束作用与破坏性质进行了实验研究。测定了在膝关节30°及60°屈曲时前交叉韧带的约束占关节总约束的百分比,并了解到在分离后的纤维束中,只有前侧带对前错运动起约束作用,在前错至破坏过程中,前侧带比后侧带表现出更高的强度和延展性。
In this paper, the experimental study of the contributions of human anterior cruciate ligament and its bundles to resist anterior translation of the knee joint are reported. The tests were also conducted to understand the failure properties of the bundles at 30°flexion during anterior translation. The percentage contributions of the anterior cruciate ligament to the total restraining of the knee were determined at 30° and 60° flexion. It was also found that the separated anterior bundles in the ligament carried total restraining force of the ligament. In the failure tests, the anterior bundles provided much higher material properties than those of the posterior bundles.
