摘要
采用与YY型雄鱼测交的方法,从197尾转化雌鱼中初步选出15尾YY型雌鱼,其中3尾色的F1雄性率力100%,10尾色的F1雄性率力90.6%-98.4%。对3尾初起YY型雌鱼进行重复验征,其中2尾鱼的F1中,YY型雄性比率分别是45.8%和48.1%,X2检验符合50%YY型雄鱼的理论比值;另1尾YY型雌鱼又与YY型雄鱼交配,F1中YY型雄鱼为100%。3尾母本均再次被证实为YY型雌鱼。雌性转化未成功的雄鱼经抽徉测交证实为YY型雄鱼和XY型雄鱼,表明YY雄性同配体的存在不是本次雌性转化不完全的主导因素。对转化雌鱼的生殖障碍及其原因,同时对YY型雌鱼的F1中出现极少数雌鱼的例外现象,作了初步解释。
Fifteen YY type females were preliminarily screened out from 197 female transformed Oreochromis mossambicus by the way of testcrossing with YY type males, 3 of which with a male rate of 100% in F1 offsprings,and 10 of which with a male rate of 90. 6~98. 4%in F1 offsprings. Then three YY type females were tested and verified again, 2 of which with a YY type male ratio of 45. 8% and 48. 1 % respectively in their F1 offsprings and the result of x2 test accorded with the theoretical ratio of 50% YY type males. Another female was mated with YY type male and its F1 offsprings were 100% YY type males. Thus the afore mentioned three parent females were verified as YY type females again. Those males witch had not been successfully female transformed were verified as YY type males and XY type males through sample testcrossing, showing that the existance of YY homozygot was not the guiding factor in this incomplete female transforming test. The paper also preliminarily explained the reproductive hindrance of the reversal females and its causes, the occurence of very few females among the F1 offsprings of YY type females.
