Investigations on Washability of Real Silk Fabrics Finished with Epoxy Resin 302

１２１０２双绉经３０２环氧树脂整理后，在洗涤剂２０９溶液中，６０℃、３０ｍｉｎ洗涤时，残留或渗透在丝纤维上的３０２环氧树脂整理剂，继续与丝素分子链的酪氨酸、丝氨酸、组氨酸反应。因此，其耐洗性好。从洗可穿级数、不溶率、氨基酸含量分析测定后，证实了以上所述。

Crepe de Chine 12102 is finished with epoxy resin 302 in presence of detergent 209 solution for 30 min. at 60℃, followed by continuous reaction between the residual resin in silk fibre and tyrosine, serine and histidine attached to fibroin molecular chains. It is shown that desirable washability can be achieved by analysing and testing the wash-and-wear level, residual resin percentage and amino acid content of the finished fabric.
