摘要
对分析方法如采样滤膜的均匀性,滤膜上阴、阳离子的萃取率,方法的精密度和检出限等进行了基础性研究,并采用该方法测定了厦门海域大气中的Cl-、F-、SO2-4、NO-3、NH+4和Na+。本方法有较高的灵敏度,重现性好,可同时测定多种无机离子,适用于海洋大气气溶胶分析。
The ion chromatographic analysis is used to measure Cl-,F-,SO2-4,NO-3,NH+4 and Na+ in marine atmosphere. The method and its precision have been studied including the uniform distribution of the samples on the filters, the extraction rates of samples from the filters.NaHCO3+Na2CO3 and HNO3 were used as eluents for the anions and the cations,respectively. The quantitation was achieved using the method of calibration graphs. The peak height was linearly proportional to the concentration in the range investigated. The extraction rates of the inorganic ions from the filters were all above 92. 6%. The dete ction limit was as low as 10-3 μg/m3,and the relative standard deviation was below 6. 6% for the inorganic ions in atmosphere.
