摘要
分析了兰州石化公司ABS树脂装置聚丁二烯胶乳单体回收单元丁二烯过氧化物及过氧化自聚物的形成原因及影响因素,并根据工业实践,提出预防、破坏和清理方法。丁二烯过氧化物及过氧化物自聚物生成量会随着系统氧含量、铁锈量和过氧化物种子含量的增大而快速增加。使用由二乙基羟胺和亚硝酸钠组成的复合抑制剂水溶液可有效防止丁二烯过氧化物及过氧化物自聚物的形成。使用适量的亚硝酸钠和氢氧化钠溶液加热至约 90℃浸泡,可将丁二烯过氧化物破坏。
The formation reasons and influcing factors of butadiene peroxid in ABS unit were analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of contents of oxygen,rust and peroxid seed in the recovery system,the formation of butadiene peroxid and its self-polymer increased rapidly.By using DEHA-NaNO_2 complex inhibiter solution,the formation of butadiene peroxid and its self-polymer could be prevented effectively.By diping in NaNO_2-NaOH solution and heating to 90 ℃,it could be destroyed too.
