摘要
为了考察核壳比和壳组成对中空结构聚合物微球形态的影响,首先以种子乳液聚合法结合预乳化滴加工艺合成了一系列不同核壳比和壳组成的聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸)/聚(苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸)核壳乳液,经碱/酸溶胀法处理获得了不同中空度(8%~30%)的中空结构聚合物微球。实验发现,核壳比与壳组成对聚合物微球中空度的影响存在一定的匹配性。一定核壳比下,为获得中空度最大的中空结构聚合物微球,壳组成存在一个最佳值。
In order to investigate influence of core/shell proportion and shell composition on morphology of hollow polymer particles,a series of core-shell copolymer microshperes poly(methyl methacrylate-(butyl-) (acrylate-)methyl (acrylic) acid)/poly(styrene-methacrylic acid) P(MMA-BA-MAA)/P(St-MAA)with different core/shell proportions and shell compositions were prepared by seeded emulsion polymerization (combining) with pre-emulsification process,followed by stepwise treatment with alkali and acid.Hollowness of hollow polymer particles was between 8%—30%.A matched co-relation existed between core/shell proportion and shell composition.At a certain core/shell proportion there was a corresponding optimal shell composition for obtaining related maximum hollowness of polymer particles.
