摘要
高校科技人力资源管理的目的是激发其积极性 ,最大限度发挥资源的效益。了解高校科技人力资源的需要是制定激励政策的基础和前提。本文分析了高校科技人力资源的内涵和特点 ,根据行为科学的研究成果 ,从环境激励机制、学术激励机制。
The purpose for the management of human resources in science and technology in universities and colleges is to stimulate the activeness and to make full use of the resources. To understand the need for human resources in universities and college is the bass and premise for making stimulating policies. The paper analyses the features and connotation of the resources. According to the research in behavioral science, the author explores the stimulating mechanism in the management of human resources from four aspects: environment stimulation, academic stimulation, emotion stimulation and distribution stimulation.
