20世纪是城市化的世纪,21世纪则是城市的世纪。方兴未艾的我国区域经济合作的迅猛发展,正带动整个国家经济由“行政区经济”向“经济区经济”迈进。换言之,区域经济合作已成为中国经济增长的新亮点。

Urbanization is the characteristic of the 20 th century and the 21 st century is an urbanized one. The regional economy which is just unfolding is developing rapidly, leading the nationa'ls economy from “Administrative Region Economy” to “Economic-zone Economy”. In another word, regional economic cooperation has become a new way of Chinese economic growth.
