摘要
为了满足大型变电站谐波抑制和大功率无功补偿的要求,提出了一种新颖的并联注入混合有源电力滤波器,在补偿大功率无功功率的同时,降低了有源电力滤波器的容量,减少了滤波装置的初期投资,也更适合于工程实践应用。详细介绍了这种滤波器的滤波原理,提出了基于自适应预测算法的谐波检测方法,提高了谐波检测精度,采用基于广义积分迭代算法的三重离散滑模变结构的混合型有源滤波器控制策略。220kV变电站挂网运行的工程应用结果表明这种新型注入式混合有源电力滤波器可靠性较高,可获得良好的滤波效果。
A novel high capacity hybrid active power filter based on injection circuit is proposed to meet the requirements of harmonic elimination and high power reactive power compensation in substation. The novel high capacity hybrid active power filter can not only compensate high power reactive power but also eliminate the harmonic current in the power grid. The capacity of its active power filter is decreased and so is its cost. The principle of the novel hybrid active power filter is introduced in detail. A novel harmonic detecting method based on the self-adaptive forecast algorithm is proposed to improve the precision of harmonic detection and a slide-model variable structure control based on the generalized integral algorithm is adopted. Its application in the 220 kV substation has shown the good performance algorithm.
