摘要 将丙烯酸单体与环氧磷酸酯接技共聚,引入强亲水性基团-COOH使树脂水性化。讨论了制备环氧磷酸酯时磷酸量、丙烯酸量、环氧树脂分子量及其他反应条件,如引发剂等对环氧酯一丙烯酸接枝共聚物水分散稳定性的影响。测定了接枝共聚物的异常粘度一浓度曲线。 Abstract The water-borne resin is made by graft copolymerization acrylic monomer upon epoxy phosphate and introduction of strong hydrophilic carboxy group. The factors affecting the stability of epoxy ester-acrylic graft copolymer water dispersion, such as amounts of phosphoric acid and acrylic acid,molecular weight of epoxy resin and other reaction conditions such as initiator etc.were discussed. Abnormal viscosity-concentration curve of the graft copolymer was also measured.
