摘要
介绍了介质阻挡放电(DBD)的介质等效电容Cd和Cg气隙等效电容的测量方法。通过在实验室建立的产生DBD的实验装置,研究了放电过程中外加电压幅值、气隙距离、阻挡介质的厚度和介电常数等因素对Cd和Cg的影响,并对实验结果作了分析。结果表明,Cd随着外加电压的幅值和介质的介电常数增加而增加,随着气隙距离和介质厚度的增加而减小。Cg随着气隙距离和外加电压幅值的增大而减小,而受介质厚度、介质的介电常数的影响不大。
The method for measuring equivalent capacitances of dielectric C d and gas gap C g in diˉelectric barrier discharge(DBD)is introduced.With the experimental set-up in laboratory,the influences of the applied voltage,the gas gap distance,and the thickness and dielectric permitˉtivity of the barrier on the changing of C d and C g are studied,and the experimental results are discussed.Results show that C d increases with the increasing of applied voltage and dielectric permittivity of the barrier,and decreases with the increasing of gas gap distance and the thickˉness of barrier.While C g decreases with the increasing of the gas gap distance and applied voltˉage,and is little influenced by the thickness and dielectric permittivity of the barrier.
