摘要
介绍了微电子器件耐雷水平,新型防雷器件TVS管和固态放电管的特性,过电压保护器的四级保护,以及通信系统防雷接地与屏蔽的有关要求;通过对湖北省电力公司通信系统近几年的雷害实例分析,介绍了通信系统简单而有效的防雷措施及其实施效果,阐述了水涨船高法在通信系统防雷中的具体运用。
This paper introduces the method of lightning protection of communication system, antisurge level of microelectronic device, TVS diode and solidstate discharge triode properties, four grades protection of overvoltage protector, grounding and shield methods. Some faults in communication system caused by lightning in Hubei province are also introduced.Some simple but vaild measures of lightning protection and their practical effects in communication system of Hubei province are described too.
