摘要
目的 探讨人脑听觉系统微血管密度年龄变化与听觉发育的关系及其规律。方法 应用碱性磷酸酶 (AKP)组织化学染色法 ,对 7例新生儿和婴幼儿脑听觉系统微血管密度进行观察拍片及定量分析。结果 微血管密度存在着年龄、区域差异。随年龄增长微血管管径增粗 ,数量增加 ,密度增大 ,形态由简而繁 ,由稀疏到密集 ,形成复杂的网络。结论 人脑听觉系统微血管密度的年龄变化与生后听觉系统结构和功能的快速发育密切相关 。
Objective To explore the relationship between age variance of the microvascular density and development in auditory system of human brain. Methods The microvascular densities were observed and analysed in alkaline phosphatase-stained sections of human auditory system from 7 neonate,infant and child brains. Results There were difference of the microvascular densities in different ages and areas.With the age growth,the microvascular diameters,numbers and densities increased. Conclusion The age variance of the microvascular density is closely related to the structural and functional development in auditory system of human brain.
