Cadre group of students'affairs is the largest group in number in colleges and universities,and has great influence on the overall school spirit,the style of study in the university.This paper analyzes the environment factor that affects the behavioral characteristics of this group of cadres,reveals the behavioral characteristics of this group of cadres,and puts forward corresponding suggestions as to the management of this group of cadres and the construction of students cadre team.
