诚实守信是中华民族的传统美德。诚信是市场经济发展的基础。医疗卫生领域目前存在的诚信缺失现象是多种因素综合作用的结果。倡导诚信服务,建设诚信文化,是当前医德医风建设的新课题。为此,必须加强医德教育,强化诚信服务意识;完善医德规范;增强法律制约;建立医疗卫生机构和医务人员信用体系。

It is the traditional virtue of Chinese to be honest, and honest-trust is the foundation of the development of market economy. The phenomenon of honest-trust lacking in the field of medical care is a comprehensive result for many factors. It's a new subject to advocate sincere service and spread honest-trust culture for the construction of medical ethics. Therefore, we should put emphasis on the medical ethics education, strengthen the consciousness of sincere service, perfect the criteria of medical ethics, and set up the credit system of medical organization and medical staff.
