Training system for sports volunteers in China

对英国、德国、美国、澳大利亚、新西兰等国的体育志愿者培养概况及培养政策进行研究,介绍了以上各国多渠道培养体育志愿者的体系、政府采用多种鼓励体育志愿者的制度及规范化管理,为我国培养体育志愿者提供理论和实践的借鉴。

The author studied the status and policy of sports volunteer training in United Kingdom,Germany,United States of America,Australia and New Zealand,and introduced the systems used by these counties to train sports volunteers via multiple channels and various institutions and standardized management adopted by these governments to encourage sports volunteers. Referring to the experiences of the five countries above, the author offered a theoretical and practical reference for our country to train sports volunteers.
