摘要
目的 :通过不同的致痛、致炎模型观察莪术不同炮制品的镇痛抗炎作用。方法 :采用小鼠热板法和扭体法 ,观察其镇痛作用 ;采用耳肿法及毛细血管通透性法观察药物的抗炎作用。结果 :莪术不同饮片对二甲苯所致的耳廓肿胀及醋酸所致的毛细血管通透性增加都有明显的抑制作用。其中以醋煮莪术作用较强。莪术不同炮制品对醋酸所致的扭体也有明显的抑制作用 ,热板法显示各样品均能明显提高小鼠的痛阈值 ,其中以醋煮莪术作用较为明显。结论 :莪术的不同炮制品均有显著的镇痛抗炎作用 。
objective:To explore the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of different processed products of Rhizoma Curcumae.Methods:the analgesic effect had been tested by hot plate method and tweak body method of mice.The anti-inflammatory effect had been tested by ear swollen method and capillary passing methods of mice.Result:Rhizoma Curcumae and its different processed products have marked analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects,of which the vinegar-product is more intense.
