摘要
对内螺纹管两相流摩擦阻力在高压汽水试验台上进行了试验研究,试验用管为我国600MW超临界变压运行直流锅炉所采用的Φ28mm×5.41mm的12CrIMoV四头内螺纹管,试验压力为:13~22MPa,质量流达为:400~1800ks/m2s,蒸汽干度为:0~1.0.对试验结果进行了分析,给出了计算内螺纹管摩擦压降的关联式。
This paper describes an investigation on the characteristics of two-Phasenow frictionpressure loss in a rifled tube.The two-phase flow friction pressure loss in rifled tube is ex-perimentally measured in a high pressure steam-water loop,The test tube dimensions areΦ28mm×5.41mm,which is a four head internally ribbed tube made from l2CrlMoV andused in 600MW supercritical variable-pressure once-through boiler.The parameter rangetested is as follows:pressure from l3 to 22 MPa,mass velocity from 400 to l800 kg/m2s,andquality from 0 to l.0.In the paper,analysis and discussion of the test data are made.Based onthe experimental data,a correlation for the calculation of the frictional pressure drop in rifledtube is presented.
