影响稻米品质的主要气候生态因子研究

The Majof Meteorological and Ecological Factors Affecting Rice Grain Qualities

采用大田分期播种方法，研究稻米品质与结实期气候生态因子之间的关系，结果表明：水稻结实期日平均气温和日均辐射量对稻米品质影响显著，其中日平均气温是影响稻米品质的主导因子。结实期不同时段日平均气温对稻米品质的影响不同，结实中期日平均气温对品质影响最大，后期次之，前期最小．结实中期温度是影响稻米品质的关键时期。

On the basis of the field trials by sowing ride in different stages,this pa-per analysed the relationships between rice grain qualities and meteorological and ecolog-ical factors during rice grain setting stage.The results indicated that the daily mean tem-perature and daily mean sun radiation had a great effect upon rice grain aualities,ofwhich daily mean temperature was a leading factor affecting rice grain quality.The dailymean temperature in different time sections had the different effects upon rice grainqualities during the grain setting period.In the middle stage of grain setting,the dailymean temperature had the greatest effect upon rice grain qualities;next in the laterstage,and the minimum in the early stage.The middle stage of the grain setting was thekey stage at which rice grain qualities wiere seriously affected by the meteorological andecological factors.
